Ten years of teaching across CUET, KFUPM and Bangladesh Open University, from first-year programming to machine learning, plus free online courses, including How to Become a Researcher? in Bengali and English (150K+ views). Former students now publish and study at universities such as Algoma, Macquarie, Akron and Delaware.
I care most about students’ learning; marks and grades follow. I keep strict standards in teaching and proctoring while being kind and fair in grading. My aim is not to cut marks but to help students improve, to spark young minds and to find hidden talent.
The best educators create learning environments using “carrot and stick”, with more carrots. I do not seek short-term popularity through unnecessary leniency; I aim for a long-term impact on students’ lifelong journeys.
